This process takes time and trial-error but hopefully will give you a lot of aha moments!

It is wild how we live in our bodies but often don’t think about what is happening within until pains and issues arise. We have the ability to learn so much about our bodies - the more we learn, the more we can feel and understand what our bodies need. 

Movement education sessions include:

  • Understanding how to activate or relax certain muscle 

  • How to program proper muscle activation sequencing 

  • How to open up specific areas in your spine and other joints yourself 

  • How to create awareness of your body and learn how to correct your positioning to find neutral 

  • How to visualize movement with cueing that works best for you

After doing these sessions you will have a strong understanding of what you need to be working on for your body.
